yo guys,

some explination of what we are trying to do here...

U see O&O has known a pretty good start on the original COD4 ladder and we ended nicely on the first page, even though we did not play that many matches on it. But now we face the difficulty of we being active on 2/3 ladders at the same time. This requires us to plan a bit more what we are going to keep an eye and who plays which match at what time. There are now 3 competitions we take part in.

1. COD Spring Ladder
2. COD quads
3. R6V2 Ladder

Now I need to come up with a calendar combining the 3 ladders without having clan members who play too few matches or matches where we dont show up with enough players. the first will lead to a bunch of frustrated players, the second in poor results on the ladder. Now this is why I want to make a schedule, but herefor I need your help.

I need to know the next things from you...

1. what games are u going to play?
a. COD b. R6V2 c COD quads

2. how many matches do you WANT to play per week?

3. your 2 favourite COD game types? (or in other words > your best)

4. your preferred starting hour for monday-friday CB's AND weekend CB's?

5. days you CAN play (see example below). For some guys this can be a bit harder to say in advance. I for example work in 3 shifts and I cant play for 1 week in 3 and some weekends as well. If someone else has the same situation he should let me know every week when he can play and when not. If you just go to school and play football for example you can write it something like this >

eg monday > CANT
tuesday > after 20.00
wednesday > all evening
thursday > CANT
friday > have to leave at 20.30
saturday > even weeks only (due to work/school)
sunday > yes

when I have this info I can put together teams and I can check on which days we can play the big boys and when we shouldnt take too much risk... I can make sure that you can the matches you want. This system however requires some discipline. It cannot be sustained if we get a bunch of no-shows. Therefor I will book matches 5-10 days in advance. However if u know you cant play next week cause you have work for school or work late shift you will have to let me and Bondy know about this so we can look for a replacement. I also will appoint 1 or 2 reserves per match who should be online at least 15 min before the match to check if they are needed. In all you will have to reserve once for every 4 matches you play. We will make sure everybody is reserve as many times as someone else. This new system will (normally) also lead to more fixed playing dates. So it may well be that in you case you CAN have a match every monday and thursday at 20.00... this could make it easier to remember when u need to play.

pls give the info I need in a reply below but keep it as short as possible and clear. I dont wanna spend too much time figuring out what you mean.

Can play every day except sundays due to football and school next day. This will change however when GCSE's arrive :S

Dom and TDM...but i can play any match type

4. your preferred starting hour for monday-friday CB's AND weekend CB's (GMT)? anytime during the week prob arond 7 to be fin the match around 10.30 ..cant on sat intill 9 gone away most sat's

well originally, i've joined for the rainbow six vegas 2, only but i'd be happy to join the cod 4 clan aswell, heres my thingy anyway:

1. what games are u going to play? cod 4 spring (if u want me to) or just rainbow six vegas 2

2. how many matches do you WANT to play per week? however many you want me to

3. your 2 favourite COD game types? all except team deathmatch

4. your preferred starting hour for monday-friday CB's AND weekend CB's? weekdays 7 weekends i'm pretty flexible, aslong as i'm told in advance i may be available for all day

5. monday: 4-10 but i have to go at 10 just to get straight not 10pm starting time
tuesday: 4-10
wednesday: 4-10
thursday: 4-10
friday: 4-??? depends if dads at work or not
saturday: anytime if told in advance
sunday: anytime apart from times that football matches are on if dad wants to watch

So yeh i'm pretty flexible for all times, but take into consideration i play on lounge tele so for example saturdays my dad might want to watch a film so, i'd have to come off for a few hours but he's sound so aslong as i tell him in advance he generally lets me play all matches.

I will have to use u more on Rainbow six obviously but if I see a spot you I get you in some COD matches as well.

I am planning to do at least 7 matches next week and we get started on the R6V ladder. I still need those other guys (10 of them) to tell me when they can play and when not. Un til then they will be just reserves, unless the captains decide they can play.

eve1 seems to be movein onto r6v2 so if u chould get more ppl 2 get da game we chould hav cws very soon

I am not captaining the R6V squad. I think we start next week. then we should play like 4 COD4 and 3 R6V matches per week just make sure we dont have 2 matches at same time.

or we do mon, wed, fri, sun and tue thu sat
or we start COD matches 20 hour as oposed to R6V 18 hour.

on longer term (ie 3 weeks) the spring ladder will be dead so... getting a match now is fucking hard already
